http://www.ikarma.com/user/RichPreisig

However, now there are new FTC rulings and sure to come new legislation that favors the attorney-based debt resolution model or as some call it, the red states for debt settlement. In actuality, the attorney based debt resolution model performs its services in 48 states, so the debt settlement model is redundant anyway. “Get the news, hear all about it, the debt settlement industry and all those who are not affiliated with an attorney based debt resolution model are done, finished, and scrambling to the attorney model says Richard Preisig.

Obviously, an attorney has a license on the line during all representations of a client, however a debt settlement affiliate has no accountability and little or no chance of being held responsible for recompense for their actions. The long and short of it is the traditional green state debt settlement model (down to 20 states) is a defunct model as of Oct. 27th 2010 unless lobbyists for T.A.S.C. pull animal farms out of their hats and loosen the noose a bit.

This is incredible considering that the loan modification companies, credit repair companies, mortgage offices, call centers and the like were just about to make life changing money, but no fear there’s always a plan b. Even lead generation companies are scrambling for answers, as the demand for debt settlement leads must shift quickly to providing debt resolution leads that there’s a difference.

The Debt Relief FTC Ruling states clearly, “Debt-settlement companies will now only be able to charge a fee once a customers debt has been reduced, settled or renegotiated. The rule goes into effect Oct. 27.” Ouch

An attorney has a fiduciary duty to a client, meaning they must always, first and foremost, have the clients best interest in mind. Of course, this is not the case at all for the non-attorney based model, and therefore it is abundantly clear the significant difference between the two versions based upon who has more to lose and keeping the client protected.

Now that you understand why it’s so important to align your company with our attorney-based debt resolution model, you must take note of a couple of crucial points, states industry veteran Rich Preisig.

Choose an attorney-based debt resolution alliance which has stood the test of time, catering to both industry veterans and to those who are new to the business.

Be always mindful of your cash flow! Seasoned veterans of the business know it is critical to work with a company that has committed to commissions which are accelerated, being paid within the first 3 to 5 months. This is an essential element in holding off the costs incurred for leads and client acquisition, as well as your ability to pay commissions due to your representatives. Exhausting working capital is the single most influential reason that businesses go out of business in the debt relief industry.

“Make arrangements for a training program for your sales force, as this is a dominant factor in the success of your sales force, states Richard Preisig an expert article writer. Additionally, work with a company that offers an excellent, ongoing and comprehensive training course. Salespeople armed with the knowledge, confidence and interpersonal skills required will be successful. With competent debt resolution training, you will start to close a transaction each day, per agent. An office with 10 salespeople can be expected to close 200 deals a month.

Align Your Company with a White Glove Attorney Debt Resolution Affiliate Program that Your Clients will Appreciate and will complement Your Business; any sales business looking to make approximately 3k per deal.

FYI: The average debt settlement agent closes 6 to 8 debt settlement deals per month.

10 sales agents x 6 deals a month = 60 Deals x $3,000 = $180,000 paid out over time.

[Finance:Debt-Management] Upon your client finding value in your fully explained attorney based debt resolution program, they immediately receive a call from a paralegal welcoming them to the program. [Finance:Debt-Management] With that said, the more seasoned debt veterans are saying put up or shut up – show me the money. It’s no wonder considering that there is substantially more on the table for debt settlement affiliates to be paid than they are. Most times, the missing 5% – 15% is going into the pocket of the guy who pitched you his own affiliate company, but is he/she worth it?

However, now there is pending legislation that appears to show a strong preference for the attorney-based debt resolution model as opposed to the non-attorney debt settlement model. Obviously, an attorney has a reputation on the line during all representations of a client; however, a debt settlement affiliate has no accountability and little or no chance of being held responsible for recompense for their actions.

An attorney has a fiduciary duty to a client, meaning they must always, first and foremost, have the client’s best interest in mind. Of course, this is not the case at all for the non-attorney based model, and therefore it is abundantly clear the significant difference between the two versions.

Now that you understand why it is so important to your business to align your company with attorney-based debt resolution, you must take note of a couple of crucial points:

Choose an attorney-based debt resolution alliance which has stood the test of time, catering to both industry veterans and to those who are new to the business.

Be always mindful of your cash flow! Seasoned veterans of the business know it is critical to work with a company that has committed to commissions which are accelerated, being paid within the first 3 to 5 months. This is an essential element in holding off the costs incurred for leads and client acquisition, as well as your ability to pay commissions due to your representatives. Exhausting working capital is the single most influential reason that businesses go out of business.

Make arrangements for a training program for your sales force, as this is a dominant factor in the success of your representatives.

A graduate of the University of Binghamton in 1993 from the little town of Vestal, New York, Richard Preisig carries a distinguished background in setting up call centers for just about every business that sells its products or services by way of telephone sales.

Recently, credit card debt settlement <http://www.merchleads.com/attorney.based.model.html> articles and Google search optimization in particular have given to very receptive debt settlement affiliates <http://www.merchleads.com/debt_settlement_news.html> that are yearning for debt resolution content, as it produces debt settlement leads and debt resolution customers.

His educational training in the areas of Applied Social Science and Human Development familiarized him with all the concerns people have over online privacy, search engine optimization by way of writing keyword and keyword phrased content that draws readers in, as competently the worth of perfectly written saturated content that creates items actually stand out.

Rich preisig jr. <http://richpreisigjr.vox.com/> applies his many years of business experience, specifically telephone sales, to writing debt resolution websites for debt settlement affiliates and attorney based debt resolution partners who don’t buy leads, but generate their own with debt resolution posts that send their targeted prospects to their landing pages.

When Richard Preisig <http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Rich_Preisig> asks, “who knows your business exists and what is it about your debt settlement services <http://www.merchleads.com/NewOffice.com> that trump your competitor, you’ve only just begun your start making more money, as Rich preisig Jr. has guided the best of them.

Mr. richard preisig suggests that you start investing in compelling debt settlement articles <http://www.debtresolutioncontent.com/> that users can find value in if you’re going to make millions in the age of debt, as many are publishing hundreds of posts each and every month. After providing value to your end user, you can then set up a call to action, driving your prospective client to your lead generation page or they simply call you.

Mr. richard preisig <http://www.facebook.com/people/Rich-Preisig/1092367087> and his years as an entrepreneur has brought his ability to fully understand the value of a business model and now applies these years in the trenches into extremely captivating posts, stories, posts and more. Years of business strategies revolving in and around the end consumer have given awarded Rich expert status, as he has published hundreds of posts.

Once you understand the residual value of unique debt resolution articles, as it applies to debt settlement affiliates <http://www.debtsettlementaffiliatessearch.com/> and attorney based debt resolution partners and net branches, you’ll want to spend as much as you can each and every month on just that, more items filled with more links.

Mr. Rich preisig has been quoted saying, “I’m a firm believer that interesting and informative content <http://www.debtsettlementcontent.com/> will always drive consumers to your sites, as your articles is the first impression and start of the relationship to be, so if you give the consumer value in the form of words, you’re likely to hear back from them in the form of filling out your lead capture form or simply calling you.”

When considering whether to buy 3rd party live and exclusive debt settlement leads <http://www.merchleads.com/Debt.Leads.html> or buy debt resolution websites to drive traffic to your own site(s), leaders of industry choose the ladder. This content, solely written by Richard a. preisig jr. Jr. <http://richpreisig.wordpress.com>, drives targeted traffic to debt settlement affiliates looking for debt resolution and debt settlement tv leads <http://www.merchleads.com/Accelerated.Commissions.html>.

So, you have already committed the time and capital by investing in all the necessary elements to make your debt settlement office functional – now what? With the office accommodations, such as furniture, phones, computers, insurance and staff all in place and ready to roll, what are your plans for securing exclusive debt settlement leads? Your sales representatives are prepared to get down to business, but do you have the leads they need so they can start closing deals?

The first priority of any business – be it sales, service or otherwise – is generating your own source for live debt settlement leads. It is a credible fact that no leads promise no business. Did you plan to have complete reliance on a third party to provide your sales people with live, exclusive debt settlement leads?

It is entirely possible for you to drive specific, targeted traffic to your website’s landing pages and lead capture forms. You might regard your level of knowledge and comprehension about “driving traffic”, “SEO” (search engine optimization) and “lead capture” as less than optimal. But once familiar with these terms and other internet industry lingo, you will be armed with the ammunition you need to start bringing in free, organic debt settlement leads.

It’s all about “article marketing”, and anyone can do it – but it’s crucial to understand that, unless it’s done right, there is no value. While debt resolution article marketing is not particularly new to the internet business arena, this method of advertising continues to evolve and flourish – and for good reason. Writing effective debt settlement articles, and publishing them on the internet, has proven to be a dependable and constant source of abundant leads. Just in case this isn’t reason enough to try article marketing, how about the money you’re guaranteed to save by working this approach to advertising?

To gain the trust of your readers, you want to concentrate your article writing efforts on providing them with debt settlement or debt resolution information that is accurate, logical, helpful and also offers value to them. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge of the debt settlement and debt resolution business, as well as your ability to assist them with actually settling their debt.

Debt settlement affiliates looking for well written articles that prompt the reader to click on a supporting back link to your debt settlement website or landing page should contact Richard Preisig, an expert in debt settlement content. One of the fundamental requirements in composing your articles is determining, and then using, the appropriate keywords and keyword phrases.

Google searches performed by using keywords and keyword phrases are more effective than other methods of online advertising because online researchers have become more educated and “search savvy”. They realize that multiple keyword queries will likely return the results they want. Additionally, “search listing” (the words typed into a Google or other search engine search box) is 6 times more effective than banner ads and 8 times more effective than tile ads in capturing consumer interest in your product or service.

Rich Preisig states that another significant key to accomplishing the best results from your article marketing is to be sure it contains no less than 500 words – search engines tend to favor and value these more so than articles shorter in length. One more tip for your article marketing relates to “back-linking”, and this will be discussed in more detail in a subsequent article. Stay tuned!

You have undoubtedly heard or read that debt settlement affiliates are swiftly making the changeover to the far more advantageous attorney-based debt resolution version. It’s simple to understand why this is when you consider the “green states” model, which defines those States that do not require an attorney for settling a consumer’s debt.

While it’s true that each version of the two debt fulfillment models bear a strong resemblance, there is an equally compelling reason why attorney debt settlement, as it’s often called is strongly preferred and quickly gaining acceptance. Debt settlement net branches and affiliates new to the industry began by just signing on with a “back-end debt settlement”, which goes to show you that the process can be implemented by absolutely anyone. That’s right – anyone at all. The individuals or companies offering a client this service are referred to as “debt settlement affiliates” and, unfortunately for the consumer, it is entirely possible they have little or no education or accountability when it comes to actually providing this service in a competent manner.

Rich Preisig adds, “It is very interesting how many of these back-end debt settlement companies have appeared on the scene in the last several months or more as well, how many green states are now red states.” As in any professional business environment, when a service is in high demand, said service providers become prolific. This is when the time-honored warning of “caveat emptor” enters the picture! The consumer seeking to settle their insurmountable debt most likely has no comprehension with regard to the difference between a debt settlement affiliate and attorney-based debt resolution. Of equal dismay, they probably don’t understand the final impact of having made the correct choice between the two models.

As previously stated, a debt settlement affiliate can be literally anybody; there is no impediment to entering this business. It stands to reason then, that just anybody can get the job done. Or does it? Let’s backtrack for a moment and think about the state of mind of an individual or couple whose debt consumes their everyday life. They are in a very anxious state of mind and overwhelmingly distressed. Their preoccupation with what has happened, as well as with what needs to happen next, doesn’t necessarily translate to astute decision-making. A debt-laden consumer just wants to make things right again and move on with their life. This renders them “ripe for the picking” by debt relief businesses who, more often than not, don’t have the best interests of the client at the very top of their agenda. At best, a debt settlement affiliate can be elusive when the consumer has questions, or perhaps just plain antagonistic. But, at worst, they could be sloppy and make mistakes that end up costing the client more!

“Being an unregulated industry leaves the door wide open to seriously-questionable practices, and this is why the attorney-based debt resolution model has become the favored program,” states Richard Preisig. Because the consumer doesn’t know the most important questions to ask, exactly what results to expect and whether the individual representing them actually knows what they are doing, they are exceptionally vulnerable. Article 1 of 2.

The Debt Relief Business and specifically, the attorney based debt resolution model is considered the new and preferred way of helping consumers with their insurmountable credit card debt. (This assumes that bankruptcy is not a more suitable option.)

Early on, (we’re talking maybe a year and a half ago) most sales offices believed that their dreams had been answered post the mortgage meltdown, as promoting loan modification was the easiest money they’d ever seen. Alongside modifying consumers loans, loan officers, credit repair affiliates, mortgage brokerages and accountants alike became debt settlement affiliates with multiple net branches, but limited to green states.

Read more about the Debt Relief Business – http://www.DebtReliefBusiness.com

Today, and with even greater confidence, the loan modification professionals see the debt relief business as the way to go and are quickly moving to promoting debt settlement, synonymous with debt resolution except debt resolution is performed by attorneys.

Attorney Based Debt Resolution also has several advantages to the debt settlement processing model, including the ability to service consumers in 48 states.

Attorney Based Debt Resolution – http://www.AttorneyDebtResolution.com

And when you find the closest to perfect attorney based debt resolution partner, you’re going to find that you’ll be working with a dynamic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Software that will make every one of your employees more productive. This is a must for maximizing your sales reps to close more business.

Affiliate Support and Training:

How many of you have signed an agreement with a back-end debt settlement company and after you signed their agreement, you never heard back from them again.

Or perhaps, you’re starting to learn and realized that the debt settlement company you’re working with has less staff than you do and it’s evident when you call their office and no one is available and they lack the ability to return your calls and or emails in a timely matter.

Supporting our debt resolution affiliates to achieve maximum potential is our greatest goal. Highly trained staff and instructors work daily with new and old affiliates through the use of conference calls and webinars.

We believe in the old adage that if you tell me something, I’ll forget it. If you show me something I’ll remember how to do it, but if you involve me, I can not only do it, but I can teach others too. We aim to pass on the skills to your sales force, so you can close 200 debt deals every month with only 10 sales agents!

The Debt Resolution Business Can Change Your Life!

Debt Settlement Affiliates Search – http://DebtSettlementAffiliatesSearch.com
OR Call for Immediate Assistance: (800) 677 – 1194

Each and every day, one-time mortgage offices, now loan modification professionals, are adding debt resolution to their array of services. And it’s to be expected, as Reuters states, “Soaring U.S. unemployment and a shrinking economy drove delinquencies on credit card debt to an all-time high in the first quarter as a record number of cash-strapped consumers fell behind on their bills.”

To set the stage, let’s quantify the amount of money these said debt resolution offices, with only 10 agents, are making each and every month.
Assuming that the average debt resolution deal is $25,000, and the aforementioned affiliate office that is closing 200 deals per month, is getting 10 of the 15% collected in fees:
- 200 deals at $25,000 equals $5,000,000 per month in total debt load.
- $5,000,000 x 10% = $500,000 in commissions generated each month.
- For purposes of clarity, the $500,000 in commissions generated is paid out over time.

By: Richard Preisig aka Rich Preisig

Debt Settlement Companies Own Up!

“You Don’t Have to Pay Monthly Junk Fees to Settle Your Debt!”

Americans who have already settled their debt after typing into Google “settle my debt” have derived a national average of $25,000.00 in debt to settle, across the board, nationwide. Some have $5,000 to settle, and some have $105,000 in debt to settle. This includes credit cards, medical bills, and all other “unsecured debt.”

Regardless of how much debt you have, the real money you should be saving is on the monthly junk fees when making payments that go into your “Special Purpose Account” for your debt settlement program.

advertisement | http://SettleMyDebt.TV

So, for instance, if you are $25,000 in debt and want to stop paying back minimum payments on your credit cards, or the little bit more that you can afford to pay each month, only to find out that the next month’s bill is even worse, and you didn’t even spend any more money on the card, you need to clearly understand your options!

Debt Settlement works when you’re not paying monthly junk fees. You know what junk fees are; the fees that some other person in a debt settlement company is lifting from your pocket to theirs, but with no different outcome to settling your debt.

You see, there is no difference between which debt settlement company can settle your debt for a lesser percentage of the total debt. They will “All” settle your debt for approximately 50 cents on the dollar. Don’t expect more even if the very persuasive salesperson calling you says they can settle your debt for less. They are reading from a script, and reality is that the faster you pay back your settlement, the lower you can pay back percentage wise. Stretching your payments out doesn’t help you, it hurts.

If you’re going to settle your debt with a debt settlement company, muster up as much as you can possibly afford each month, as this enables the company to settle your debt for less.

Remember, debt settlement companies exist to provide a service, and that service should cost you 15% of your total debt, but there should be no monthly service fees or maintenance fees.

NOTE: Every single debt settlement company in the nation must use a third party processing company to move your money (debit your account) from your checking account to your special purpose account (this is the account that is used to settle your debt.) They charge approximately $9.00 each month, and no debt settlement company in the nation can avoid this fee; do not confuse this nominal fee with any other monthly or maintenance fee.

advertisement | http://SettleMyDebt.TV

For instance, you’ll speak to a debt settlement agent over the phone, and they’ll say that they are settling your debt for a percentage on the dollar, and they’ll explain that your fee is 15% (which is the going price across the board to settle your debt from any back-end debt settlement company); but what they typically fail to make clear is that you will also pay an additional monthly fee or fees frequently named on your agreement as: “maintenance fee”, “processing fee”, “application fee”, “settlement fee”, etc.

The aforementioned “fees” are all bogus, added on by someone who figures that you’re not smart enough to know the difference. Hello!

Debt Settlement Fees – Just say No! These additional fees are pitched to sound reasonable to you, so you say “duh ok, I’ll pay them” – please do not!

Monthly Maintenance and Service Fees: There is no such thing as a “maintenance or whatever fee”; the debt settlement company is given the option – by the processing company that collects your money once you send it in – to add these extra fees onto your bill. Not kidding!

They are pure junk fees – just someone saying “let’s charge this too, they’ll never notice the difference.” If you pay $50 extra a month in junk fees, multiplied by the 24 to 36 months it’s going to take to pay your debt program off, you’ll have added another $1,200 to $1,800 to the bill.

Please pass this information on, as I’ve got a hunch, many are being told otherwise.

Gain Your Clients’ Ongoing Trust With No Monthly Service Fees

… Or, Are You The One Holding The Red Flag?

If your core business is mortgage services, loan modification, credit repair, or if you’re an attorney, accountant or advisor just offering debt settlement to your clients because it’s in vogue right now, be sure to preserve your reputation by not offering debt settlement with extra monthly maintenance fees or service fees.

Rich Preisig states, “it’s so gauche (adjective: lacking social grace, sensitivity and tact), and it can really make you look like you steal money for a living from people who are already down on their luck.”

In fact, by presenting debt settlement to your client as a suitable option, you will more likely gain their business and ongoing trust by explaining that you want their ongoing business (mortgage, credit repair, real estate services, etc.), and this is just one way you are looking out for them. Out of the gate, you’re advising them that you will save them the $1,800 they would have spent with any other debt settlement company.

Let’s face it, it’s hard enough to get a client, and this is a perfect opportunity to build a relationship whereby you can now add them to your core business services.

Your customer acquisition cost of attaining this new client lessens with every new service you bring them and when they successfully complete the next service you have to offer them.

This cost-conscious mentality provides you with a self-propagating business after a while; clients are now calling in, referring your business to friends and family.

THINKING OF OPENING YOUR OWN DEBT SETTLEMENT OFFICE?

Speak to a few Debt Settlement Company’s first. – here

Talk about timing – May 2009

By Rich Preisig

Open Your Own Debt Settlement Office?!! It’s definitely the right timing and the barrier of entry is minimal – a home office or shared space will suffice for many. And for those of you who already have an office and are not already doing debt settlement – it’s the HOT ticket! We’re talking about debt settlement agents closing 2 to 3 deals a day with an average ticket of $4,500. Yes, that’s WOW money and most if not all of the business is done via E-Signature – a one call close!

If you’re in the market to add another product to your existing operation, Debt Settlement looks to be the answer. Many in this growing Industry agree that debt settlement goes hand in hand with loan modification and of course, mortgages. The same person you’re speaking with over the phone for loan modification may also be suitable for debt settlement and there’s no paperwork, credit score qualification, nothing – everyone qualifies and apparently, everyone is settling.

Quick start – Open Your Own Debt Settlement Office Input your information here and 4 different Debt Settlement Companies will contact you.

As more and more people are finding that settling their debt for approximately 55% on the dollar is a better option than going bankrupt, the providers of this easy exit are making bank. With 15% of fees on the table to go around, what percentage of that you’ll see is generally up to the size of your organization and how many deals your organization can do a month.

With the right bureau data & marketing setup, debt settlement agents are closing 2 – 3 deals a day.

Shall we do some math?

Let’s say the average deal is $30,000 (which is realistic with the right data)

If you received 50% of the 15% (7.5% total)

Your commission would be $2,250

     Start – here

On average, You, the head of an office of say 10 agents can command and receive 50% – 70% of the 15% in collected fees, but the highest commission payout shouldn’t be your only concern? Many other variables including the debt settlement company’s client dropout rate and how and when you get paid are important to know, as managing your cash flow can be sink or swim.

When investigating which Debt Settlement Company to choose, you should get the answers to the following questions and make sure they work with your way of business.

What is their client dropout rate?

This means; for every client that enrolls in their debt settlement program, how many of them finish the program.

Remember – You stop getting paid when the Client stops paying. The lower the percentage dropout rate, the better.

What are the setup fees?

This means; some Debt Settlement Co.’s charge you an upfront fee. This can be tied to their Company software (shows you your deals, client payments, etc.) and or they may charge a per-agent setup fee and tie it to some other cost they’re incurring. Either way, watch how your total payout goes up and down with each Company.

How do You get paid and when?

You obviously need to know this so you can pay your Agents. Most debt settlement Co.’s will pay your Co. 100% of the first payment. Find out when you will receive that money and is this information in your agreement.

From here, major differences come into play. Some companies will pay you 50% of the 2nd and 3rd payment and 35% of the remaining payments until you get your agreed upon total percentage. Other Co’s are paying far less, as they put more of the client’s collected monthly payment toward the balance owed vs. their fees. In doing so, they feel that the client retention rate to fulfill the program through its term is far greater than taking all the fees upfront.

East Coast-based business professional Richard Preisig is onboard with the new technological revolution. Nowadays, just about everyone is using the Internet, and with http://MerchLeads.com, Richard Preisig hopes to help make things easier for consumers who are looking to buy homeowners’ insurance or refinance their mortgages. Those who log onto LoanSaver.com can not only communicate with other people who are interested in the same products and services they are, but they can also read reviews of industry professionals. Because of Richard Preisig and Loan Saver, homeowners no longer have to take a chance with their agents, they can read—as well as write—reviews to make sure they have the right person to take care of their needs. In addition to looking at reviews, Rich Preisig’s site allows users to create blog posts and view instructional videos.

Another of Rich Preisig’s projects, American Reputation, Inc., is also well on its way to success. Like Loan Saver, American Reputation is just shy of its one-year anniversary.
